  • Order minimums vary by job and which type of printing type. Digital jobs have lower minimums than Flexographic jobs.

  • We can ship anywhere in the world! We commonly ship within the United States via UPS, FedEx, Truck Freight or via Courier Services. If you have a preferred shipping method, we can do that too!

  • Our customer service team will confirm the best delivery date for your labels. We offer rush options if you need your labels fast! But if time is on your side, you can usually expect your labels within 1-2 weeks depending on quantity.

    Turnaround time also varies from job to job and is dependent on a number of factors in order to print your job (Material, Ink, Plates, Tooling).

    Rewind direction indicates how your labels will come off the roll. This information is given to us by the customer because it is an important factor for machine applications.

    Rewind Direction #3 or #4 are most commonly used across various industries.

    If your labels are hand applied, then rewind direction doesn't usually matter.

    For example:

    Many beverage companies elect to go with #3 or #4 to bottle their products. This is contingent on their bottling requirements.

  • No we do not apply labels to products. We print the labels. But, we can communicate and ship directly to your bottler or packer. Which saves you a ton of steps!

  • Our customer service team will be in contact with you every step of the way, when quoting new jobs, we first confirm we have material, and tooling available to print your job. If we do not have the necessary pieces, we will need to order them. Custom sizes, special shapes, hot stamp tooling, or specialized material takes longer to produce

  • Our preferred file format is Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps), however, we can accept any files from the Adobe Creative Suite. Any other formats may be subject to conversion and may have diminished quality.
